Welcome to the Sigéa online store (the "Store"). The Store is operated by Sigéa Co., Ltd. (希捷雅有限公司) (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") and is built on the SHOPLINE platform. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Store and your purchase of products from the Company. By browsing, registering, or placing an order on the Store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Store.

2. Membership and Accounts
1. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of your legal guardian, to register an account and place orders.
2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. If you provide false information, impersonate another person, or breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account and reserve all related legal rights.
3. Product Information and Pricing
1. Product descriptions, ingredients, images, and colors shown on the Store are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly due to screen display or batch differences.
2. Prices are those displayed on the Store at the time you place your order. If a price or product detail is clearly incorrect due to a system error, human error, or other cause, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order after notifying you; if you have already paid, we will issue a full refund.
4. Orders and Formation of Contract
1. Submitting an order on the Store constitutes an offer; a contract is not yet formed at that point.
2. A contract of sale is formed only when we have confirmed stock, payment, and shipping details and have actually dispatched the product. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before a contract is formed (for example, due to insufficient stock, an obvious pricing error, or a suspected abnormal or fraudulent order).
5. Payment
1. The Store currently accepts payment by bank transfer. Please complete your transfer within 3 working days of placing your order, and provide the transfer details as instructed (such as the last five digits of your account) so we can verify your payment.
2. If payment is not completed within the deadline, we may cancel your order. For your protection, we will never ask you by phone or SMS to operate an ATM or change your payment method (see our Anti-Fraud Notice).

7. Returns, Exchanges, and the Seven-Day Right to Rescind
1. Under the Consumer Protection Act, for products purchased online you have a seven-day rescission period, beginning the day after you receive the product, during which you may rescind the contract without giving any reason and without incurring any cost. However, under the reasonable exceptions provided by law, certain products may, where the relevant conditions are met, fall outside this right of rescission.

8. Intellectual Property
The Sigéa brand name, logos, trademarks, text, images, designs, and other content used on the Store are owned by the Company or its lawful rights holders and are protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly transmit, or make any commercial use of them without our prior written consent.
9. User Conduct
When using the Store, you must not:
1. provide false information or impersonate another person;
2. resell our products without authorization or engage in other unauthorized commercial use;
3. use crawlers, automated programs, or other means to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the operation or security of the Store;
4. engage in any activity that violates the law, infringes the rights of others, or breaches these Terms.
10. Nature of Products and Disclaimer
1. Our products are cosmetic skincare products. They are not medical or pharmaceutical products and make no medical or therapeutic claims.
2. Experience and results vary depending on individual skin condition. We recommend performing a patch test (behind the ear or on the inner forearm) before first use. If you experience persistent stinging, redness, itching, or other discomfort during use, stop using the product immediately and consult a medical professional if necessary.
3. Please use and store products according to the instructions on the label, and keep them out of the reach of children.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the product liability or other non-waivable liability that the Company bears under the Consumer Protection Act and other mandatory provisions.
12. Personal Data Protection
Our collection, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by the Store's Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time and will post the changes on the Store. Amended Terms take effect on the date they are posted; your continued use of the Store after that constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. These Terms, and any dispute between you and the Company, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
2. For disputes arising from these Terms or transactions between you and the Company, the parties agree that the Taiwan Taichung District Court shall be the court of first instance. This does not affect any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Code of Civil Procedure, or other laws (including, without limitation, your right to bring suit at the court of your domicile or to file a small-claims action).
