1. Shipping Methods
The Store currently offers home delivery via T-Cat (Black Cat) courier, within Taiwan main island.
2. Delivery Times
Home delivery (Taiwan main island): approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch.
3. Dispatch
1. Payment is made by bank transfer; orders are dispatched within approximately 1–3 working days after we confirm receipt of payment (excluding the order date itself and public holidays).
2. Delivery operations run Monday to Friday; no deliveries are arranged on public holidays.
3. During peak holiday periods, or due to force majeure such as natural disasters, dispatch may be delayed; we will notify you separately.
4. The actual delivery time depends on the courier's route schedule.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated according to the shipping method you select, and the exact amount will be shown at checkout.
