Anti-Fraud Statement

Dear Customer,

Sigéa will never ask you for your bank account, credit card, or other financial information by SMS or phone, under any name or for any reason, nor will we ask you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM in those ways.

If you receive such a call or message, please stay alert and do not trust instructions from unknown callers. If in doubt, please contact our customer service first, or call the National Police Agency’s 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline to verify.

If you receive a call from an unknown number beginning with “+”, “+2”, or “+886”, please be especially careful, and beware of callers spoofing phone numbers or impersonating specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Please do not click unfamiliar links, LINE friend invitations, or messages from people you do not know.

Common scams use claims such as “duplicate order” or “accidental installment setup” to gain your trust, and then ask you to carry out online banking or ATM operations. For anything related to your bank account, please call your bank directly; if a caller asks you to operate an account or provide personal information, please refuse, to reduce the risk of fraud.

We also remind you to change your password regularly, use a strong password (a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers), and avoid entering your credentials on public computers, to protect your information security.

Sigéa wishes you all the best.
